## Is CoinLotto available in my country?

CoinLotto is a decentralized protocol accessible via public blockchain networks; participation is prohibited for residents of jurisdictions under comprehensive sanctions. In addition, wallet addresses are screened against sanctions data via the Chainalysis Oracle.

## What are the legal restrictions?

* you must be at least 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction);
* users are responsible for ensuring that participating in a blockchain-based lottery is legal where they live;
* all transactions are final and executed by immutable smart contracts ("code is law").
